About the Author:
WinSoms has been writing poetry since learning her ABC's. Born and raised in New York, she currently calls Atlanta and Birmingham home. As a former veteran who served in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, she has plenty to reflect on from her life experiences. Being a mother of two wonderful children her greatest accomplishment in life.. Although they've not yet began adult life, their talent for the arts shine through as they have also been Blessed with artistic abilities. WinSoms has used her writing abilities to shed light on the plight of the single woman living in a city filled with foolish characters, a soldier; enduring life on the battlefield and a mother dealing with the mishaps of motherhood. Performing at various venues has given WinSoms the courage to step out on faith and present her works to the world; as some of her audience members have been moved to tears by her writings. WinSoms believes that 23 Stories Of My Soul is the voice of many who are unable to articulate in words the songs that their hearts are singing.
