Allesa V. Nellum-Jones was born in Los Angeles, CA. She was introduced to Christ Jesus by her grandfather, the late Bishop Ceasar A. Ford, founding Pastor of Emanuel Son of Light Church in Mt. Clemens, MI. She accepted Christ Jesus as her personal Savior at the age of twelve and baptized. She spent her summers visiting her grandparents, and attending church and Bible Study, Sunday school and sang in the Children’s Choir.

During her teenage years, she lived in Compton, CA, where she received her educational learning. She became a member of Unity Baptist Church, was involved in the youth services, and activities, Choir, Usher Board, and taught Sunday school, under the leadership of the late Pastor, L.B. Haynes.

She became a Medical Assistant for Kaiser Permanente Hospital for many years, while pursuing further studies in the medical field.

She journeyed down a path that opened doors of darkness, and deception. She was married, but later discovered she was not equally yoked. While married for fifteen years, she went through abuse and spiritual warfare. After her divorce, she fell into further bondage that led her to prison, and it nearly cost her freedom.
