Description

The authors have created a fanciful way to teach kids about healthy food, the need for water and what exercises will make them smarter. This illustrated story is fun to read to children, or have elementary school kids read to themselves. With a section for parents and teachers in the back, The Smart Brain Train gives details on specific nutrients that support brain development, lists exercises including some ‘Brain Gym’ techniques to stimulate the brain, and gives warnings on things such as electromagnetic frequencies that can be harmful to brain health.
