About the Author:
NINA ANDERSON Nina is an International Sports Science Association certified Specialist in Performance Nutrition and licensed commercial pilot. Upon graduation from Monmouth College, Nina embarked on an aviation career, which spanned three decades flying both commercial airline and corporate planes. Nina has also been an active researcher in the alternative health field for over twenty years.
